What is paint protection film?
A clear or coloured polyurethane film applied over your carâs paint. It absorbs stone chips, scuffs and light scratches so the paint underneath stays factory-fresh.
Will I see the film?
Clear NanoPro film is optically clear. On a well-installed car youâll only see it if you look closely at an edge.
What does self-healing mean?
The top coat is elastic. Light swirls and scratches close when warmed by sun or warm water. Deep cuts through the film donât heal and need that panel replaced.
Which grade should I choose?
Elite for high-impact zones on daily drivers, Supreme for full-front coverage, Platinum for full-body protection, and Stealth for a satin finish. Compare them on the clear PPF page.
Can PPF go over matte paint?
Yes. Use Stealth, the satin-finish grade, so the paint keeps its matte look.
Who installs NanoPro?
Only authorized NanoPro dealers. Thatâs what keeps the warranty meaningful and fake film out of the network.
How long does an install take?
It depends on coverage. Partial kits take hours; a full-body install usually takes a few days, including prep and curing. Your dealer will give you a schedule.
Can the film be removed?
Yes. A professional can remove it without damaging factory paint.
When can I wash the car?
Wait about a week after install before the first wash, so the adhesive can settle.
Can I wax or polish over PPF?
You can use non-abrasive, PPF-safe products. Avoid cutting compounds and heavy polishing on the film.
Pressure washers?
Keep the nozzle at least 30 cm away and donât aim it directly at film edges.
Whatâs the difference between the verification and activation codes?
The verification code on the box proves the film is genuine and shows the warranty record. The activation code on the warranty card registers the warranty once, after install.
Who can see my warranty record?
Anyone with the verification code sees the grade, the car and the installing dealer. Your name, phone, email, address and chassis number are never shown.
What if my code says ânot foundâ?
Check it was typed exactly as printed. If it still fails, the film may not be genuine. Donât install it, and report it to us.
I bought a used car with NanoPro on it. Am I covered?
Ask the seller for the verification code and check the record. Transfer rules are being finalised; contact us with the code for now.
