NanoPro PPS is a peelable coating sprayed onto paint, trim and wheels. It changes the colour, blacks out the chrome and protects the finish underneath, with no film edges and no adhesive. When you want the original back, it peels away.

Where film can’t go

Sprayed onto the parts film can’t wrap.

Door handles, grille bars, badges and window mouldings have edges and recesses that film can’t follow cleanly. PPS is sprayed straight onto them, so there are no edges to lift.

How it’s applied

Sprayed in a booth by an authorized installer.

  1. Wash and decontaminate

    The car is washed and the surface cleaned so the coating bonds evenly.

  2. Mask

    Glass, lights, tyres and anything not being coated is masked off.

  3. Spray in coats

    The installer builds the coating up in even coats until it’s thick enough to peel in one piece later.

  4. Cure and inspect

    The coating cures, masking comes off, and the finish is checked panel by panel.

  5. Peel when you’re ready

    Want the original colour or chrome back? The coating peels away, leaving the paint underneath as it was.

PPS, answered.

Is PPS the same as PPF?

No. PPF is a polyurethane film applied with adhesive. PPS is sprayed on as a liquid and cures into a flexible layer. PPF gives the strongest stone-chip protection; PPS reaches parts film can’t be wrapped around, and makes colour change and chrome delete simple.

Will it damage my paint when it comes off?

PPS is designed to peel off without harming the paint or chrome underneath. For the cleanest removal, have an authorized installer peel it.

Can I have PPS and PPF on the same car?

Yes. A common setup is clear PPF on the bonnet, bumper and mirrors for impact protection, with Chrome Delete PPS on the trim and grille.

Gloss or matte?

Every colour line comes in gloss or matte. Aurora is gloss only, because the colour-shift effect reads best on a gloss surface.

Who applies it?

PPS is sprayed in a booth by authorized NanoPro installers. It isn’t sold as a DIY aerosol.
