Every NanoPro box carries a verification code, and every install gets its own warranty record. Anyone can check that a roll is genuine, and anyone buying the car later can check what it’s covered for.

Verification code

Proves the film is genuine NanoPro. Scan the QR or type the code. Before install it shows the grade. After install it shows the car and the dealer who fitted it.

Your details stay private

The public verification page shows the grade, the car and the installing dealer. It never shows the owner’s name, phone, email, address or chassis number.

Warranty terms

What the warranty covers.

NanoPro clear paint protection film installed by an authorized dealer and activated through Warranty Shield carries a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the film.

Covered

Yellowing of the film
Cracking, blistering or bubbling caused by the film
Delamination (the film lifting from the paint) not caused by damage

Not covered

Damage from accidents, vandalism or improper washing
Film removed or altered by anyone other than an authorized dealer
Cuts, tears or deep scratches through the film
Installs that were never activated

Full terms, including how the warranty transfers when the car is sold, are being finalised. Your dealer can confirm the terms for your install.

Claims

Making a claim.

Verify the install
Check the car’s record with the verification code, so the claim is linked to the right roll and dealer.
Photograph the problem
Take clear photos of the affected panel in daylight, plus one of the whole car.
Contact your installing dealer
The dealer inspects the film and submits the claim. If you can’t reach them, contact NanoPro directly.
